Adeel Asghar initially graduated in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from UWS. He obtained his professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and studied Law at University of Strathclyde. He was one of the founders of AiA and has been a Real Estate professional for over 15 years. His diverse experience and skills have been a major component to the success of the brand and his capabilities to adapt to changing markets and economics are highly regarded by peers in the industry. He heads up all business focuses across the multi discipline practise covering aspects of business development, client retention, marketing, brand protection, strategic planning, change management and operational enhancements. He works closely with all members of the team promoting a "can do" culture in the firm. He personally manages the private clients of the firm with clients who have been with him for over a decade and a half.

Alessia graduated with an LLB and obtained an LLM in International Commercial Law. She joined AIA as a Legal & Operations Manager, where she manages the firm’s legal affairs and operations. She is responsible for negotiating contracts, assisting in due diligence, producing contracts and handling the firm’s compliance as well as formulating and implementing organisational procedures and monitoring adherence to regulations. She also deals with recruitment and training of staff and she manages and monitors the various departments in the firm.

Mohammed Sheikh MSC graduated from UWS in Financial Accounting. He joined the firm as a Graduate Accountant. He is responsible for the firm’s financial accounting which includes compliance of statutory company requirements, managing payroll, managing the firms invoicing systems, dealing with credit control issues, managing client rent collection and issuing payments to landlords, ensuring financial governance, assisting the Business Manager in financial modeling and strategy. Fluent in English and Urdu.
Digital Marketing Coordinator

Azim R Qadar is a BA graduate from Heriot Watt University. He joined AiA after applying for a role as a Graphic Designer. Now he manages all of AiA’s internal design work, their social media presence, websites, and is responsible for brand management of the company. He also develops and executes marketing strategies for the company’s projects, properties and some external clients.
