We are proud to be a part of the fast-growing Chilli Flames team and begin our project management for the third Chilli Flames store in Scotland, located in Kirkintilloch.

We believe Chilli Flames will thrive in small towns such as Kirkintilloch, especially with a strategically selected sites such as the one on Catherine Street.

After having negotiated the best market terms and obtained the Lease for the Premises for the franchisee, our experienced Project Management Team has begun to work on the project starting with obtaining all the relevant planning permissions and building warrant.

We are proud to be a part of the fast-growing Chilli Flames team and begin our project management for the second Chilli Flames store in Scotland, located in Livingston.

We believe Chilli Flames will thrive in this location, with various benefits such as outside parking and the extensive amount of foot traffic due to being strategically located near the shopping centre.

After having negotiated the best market terms and obtained the Lease for the Premises for the franchisee, our experienced Project Management Team has begun to work on the project starting with obtaining all the relevant planning permissions and building warrant.
