GDK – Renfield Street, Glasgow

We are proud to have been involved in the site acquisition and store project management for the first GDK store in Glasgow.

We carefully selected this strategic site at Renfield Street which matched the given criteria for GDK. After having negotiated the best market terms and obtained the Lease for the Premises for the franchisee, our experienced Project Management Team proceeded to work on the project starting with obtaining all the relevant planning permissions and building warrant.

Our team worked closely with a number of architect and structural engineers to ensure that that the project complied with the building regulation.

We controlled and managed the whole project from pre-construction to completion and executed it according to GDK’s guidelines.
